The day before a hearing, the system shows the upcoming date in the diary. The advocate opens the case, taps to send a WhatsApp reminder to the client with the court name, time and case title, in Urdu or English. A new client walks in. The clerk creates a client profile with contact details, then opens a new case record with the matter number, court, opposing party and agreed fee. Our team helps you set up your matter structure and walks your clerk through the system over a call or WhatsApp until everyone is comfortable.

Can the system and receipts be used in Urdu?

Yes. The whole platform switches between English and Urdu in one click, with full right to left support for Urdu. PDF receipts, case notes and WhatsApp messages to clients can all go out in Urdu.
