Refund and cancellation policy

1. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial

Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial. No card is required, so you can evaluate doublesixOS properly before you pay anything. We take no payment during the trial and we do not ask for card details to begin it.

The trial is the full product, not a cut down version, so you can test it with your own bookings, customers, invoices and staff. We built it this way on purpose: the trial is the moment to decide whether doublesixOS suits your business, and nothing is charged until you choose a paid plan.

2. Monthly plan: cancel any time

On the monthly plan you can cancel at any time. When you cancel, the service runs to the end of the month you have already paid for, and then stops.

There is no partial month refund. We do not pro rate a part used month. You keep full access for the remainder of that paid month, and you can export your data at any point before it ends.

3. Six month and annual plans: 14 day money back

On the 6 month and annual plans, a full refund is available within 14 days of your first payment if you are not satisfied. You do not need to give a detailed reason. Ask inside those 14 days and we refund the whole amount you paid.

After 14 days, prepaid plans are non refundable, but you keep access for the full paid term. If you paid for a year and decide after four months to stop, the remainder is not refunded, and your workspace stays fully active until the end of the twelve months you paid for. Nothing is switched off early.

4. Billing errors and double charges

Separately from the windows above, and at any time, we correct our own mistakes without argument.

• Double charges. If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we refund the duplicate in full.
• Billing errors. If we charged you the wrong amount, charged you for a cycle you did not agree to, or charged you after you had cancelled, we refund the difference or the whole amount, whichever is right.

5. How a refund is paid

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days of us approving the request. If you paid by card, it returns to that card; if you paid by bank transfer, it returns to that account. How quickly it then appears on your statement depends on your bank.

We do not issue refunds in cash, to a third party, or to a different account than the one the payment came from. If the original method can no longer receive a refund, we will agree an alternative with you in writing.

6. How to request a refund or cancel

There are two ways, and both reach the same team.

Please tell us your business name, and the date and amount of the payment. We check it against our records, reply to confirm, and then process it. Because auto renewal is not automatic and we never store your card, a cancellation cannot be missed: if you simply do not pay for the next cycle, nothing is charged.

Your data is not deleted when a workspace locks at the end of a paid term, so you can pay and resume later, or ask us to export or delete it.
