Is doublesixOS really for non-school businesses too?

Yes. When we set you up, you pick your business type (school, salon, clinic, gym, restaurant, madrasa, academy, or something else) and your entire dashboard configures itself. A salon owner sees appointments, POS, and stylist commissions. A school owner sees students, attendance, and report cards. Same engine, different experience.

Is my business data safe and completely private?

Yes, absolutely. Every business on doublesixOS has its own completely isolated space using strict row level security. Your customer records, billing data, and staff information are never shared with any other business or third party. We use industry-standard encryption and Supabase's enterprise-grade database infrastructure, your data is backed up automatically every day, and we never sell it to anyone.

Can I use doublesixOS on my mobile phone?

Yes, doublesixOS is fully responsive and works beautifully on phones, tablets, laptops, and desktops. Teachers can mark attendance from their phone in the classroom. Salon receptionists can book appointments from an iPad. Owners can check finances from anywhere. No app download needed, just open the website on any browser.

Do you support the Urdu language?

Yes. doublesixOS fully supports both Urdu and English. Switch the entire interface to Urdu with proper right to left (RTL) layout in one click. This makes it comfortable for staff who prefer Urdu, which many teams do.

How do I get started?

How do WhatsApp notifications work?

When you add a customer or student, you save their WhatsApp number. From there, you can send fee receipts directly via WhatsApp, in Urdu or English. Booking confirmations and automatic appointment reminders are included and live today. Broadcasts and bulk messages, like holiday notices and promotional blasts to everyone at once, are coming soon.

What happens if I need help setting up?

Our team helps you set everything up. We provide documentation, WhatsApp and email support, and a free onboarding call for new customers. Larger businesses get priority support with dedicated onboarding assistance, and we set you up and train your team over WhatsApp and call.

Is there a free trial, and what does it cost?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial, no card needed. After that, there are simple plans for every size of business: pay monthly, every six months, or annually, and paying for longer up front costs less per month. No setup fee, and AI is included. Can I cancel any time?

Yes. There are no long term contracts and no cancellation fees. On the monthly plan you can cancel any time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will cancel for you, and your data stays accessible so you can export everything before you go.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. You can move between Monthly, 6 Months, and 12 Months whenever your needs change, up or down. Just message us on WhatsApp and we will switch your plan for you. Nothing in your data is lost when you change.

Who owns my data, and can I take it with me?

Your data is yours. You can download your records and reports as PDFs at any time, and if you ever decide to leave, we will give you a copy of your data. There is no lock in, and we never sell or share your information.
