Logging a student's sabaq and revision
The teacher opens the student's profile, selects today's sabaq juz and ayaat range, enters the revision and mistake count, and saves in under a minute. The entry joins the student's full hifz history, so the ustad and the madrasa administrator can both see progress over any period without asking anyone.
Marking attendance for a halqa
At the start of the session the teacher marks the halqa attendance in a few taps. The monthly summary updates itself in the background. A WhatsApp message to the parent in Urdu whenever a student is marked Absent is coming soon, letting them know before they even wonder why their child came home.
Recording a monthly fee and sending a receipt
When a parent pays, the office records the payment against the student's fee account and a PDF receipt is generated. If fees are still pending at the end of the month, an automatic WhatsApp reminder to the parent, with no need to call each family individually, is coming soon.
Printing a completion certificate
When a student completes their hifz, the administrator opens the student profile, selects the certificate type, and prints or downloads it with the madrasa name and seal already in place. The whole process takes a few minutes and the certificate is ready to hand to the family on the same day.

We use handwritten registers right now. How do we move over to doublesixOS?
You can move at your own pace. You can add your halqas, students and teachers directly in the system, and our team will help you bring in your existing lists during setup. Many madaris keep their old registers running alongside doublesixOS for the first few weeks, then switch over fully once the teachers are comfortable. There is no pressure to change everything at once.
Can we use the full interface in Urdu?
Yes. The entire platform switches between Urdu and English in one click, with full right to left support throughout. Every screen, form and label changes, so your teachers and administrators can use doublesixOS entirely in Urdu without needing to read any English at all.
How does the WhatsApp feature work for parents?
You send messages to parents directly from the doublesixOS dashboard, in Urdu or English. Parents receive them on their own WhatsApp, which they already use, so there is nothing for them to install and no account for them to create. Your staff write and send each message, so this is one way messaging from the madrasa to the parent; it is not an automated chatbot or two way conversation system. Is our data safe and private?
Yes. Each business’s data is kept separate using row level security, so you only ever see your own madrasa’s information. It is stored on a secure cloud and backed up automatically every day, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
How does hifz and sabaq tracking work?
Each day the teacher records the student's sabaq (new lesson), sabqi (recent revision) and manzil (long revision) juz by juz, along with the number of revisions and any mistakes noted. The system builds a full history for every student so the administrator and the teacher can see progress over any period, identify who needs more revision, and report to parents with confidence.
Can doublesixOS generate hifz completion certificates?
Yes. When a student completes their hifz or a course, you open their profile and generate a completion or hifz certificate with your madrasa name and seal already included. It prints in minutes with no separate design work needed. You can produce certificates for individual students or for a group finishing together.
What devices and internet do we need?
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser works, so there is no special hardware to buy. It runs on a normal internet connection, and because it is a Progressive Web App, recent data is cached so basic tasks keep working if your connection drops for a while, then sync once you are back online.
How long does setup take, and do you train our team?
We set the system up with you and configure it around how your madrasa works, so you are not starting from a blank screen. We then train your team over call, screen share or WhatsApp until they are comfortable. The interface is simple, so most teams pick it up quickly.
What happens to our data if we ever decide to leave?
Your data belongs to you. You can download your records and reports as PDFs at any time, and if you ever decide to stop, we will provide a copy of your data. There is no lock in.
