Service delivery policy

1. A digital service, with no physical shipment

doublesixOS is a digital service. There is no physical shipment. We do not post, courier or hand deliver any product to you. There is no box, no CD, no USB, no hardware and no printed manual, so there is no delivery address to give us, no shipping charge, no tracking number and no customs step.

What you buy is a subscription to software that runs in the cloud and that you open in a normal web browser on a phone, tablet, laptop or desktop computer. Everything is delivered electronically, to your email address and to your account on the platform.

2. Your plan is activated within 24 hours of payment

On successful payment, your account plan is activated within 24 hours. In practice it is usually much faster, often within the same working hour, but 24 hours is the outer limit we commit to.

Activation means your workspace is created or upgraded to the plan you paid for, your business is set up inside it, and every feature included in that plan is switched on and ready to use.

If 24 hours have passed since your payment and your plan is still not active, contact us straight away on WhatsApp at +92 312 7566661 or by email at support@doublesixos.com and we will fix it as a priority.

3. Where you access the service

You access doublesixOS at https://app.doublesixos.com. That is the application. This website, doublesixos.com, is the public information site, and it does not hold your business data.

You can sign in from any device with a working internet connection and a modern browser. There is nothing to install, although you can add the application to your phone's home screen if you prefer to open it like an app.

4. Login credentials are sent by email

Your login credentials are sent to you by email, to the email address you gave us when you signed up, as soon as your account is activated. That email contains the link to the application and the details you need to sign in for the first time.

Please change your password after your first sign in, and keep it private. If the email has not arrived, check your spam or junk folder first, then tell us and we will resend it. We will only ever send your credentials to the email address on the account.

5. Founder led onboarding on WhatsApp in your first week

Founder led onboarding is provided over WhatsApp during your first week. You are not left with a login and a help page. In that first week you talk directly to the founder on WhatsApp, in Urdu or English, whichever you prefer.

• Setting up your business details, services, prices and working hours.
• Adding your staff and setting what each of them is allowed to see and do.
• Bringing across your existing customer, patient, student or member list.
• Turning on the WhatsApp and email reminders you want your customers to receive.
• Walking your team through the daily screens they will actually use.

After that first week, support continues by WhatsApp and email at no extra cost for as long as your subscription is active.

6. Before you pay: the 7 day free trial

Delivery of the paid service is described above, but you do not have to pay to see the product. Every plan starts with a 7 day free trial and no card is required. Trial accounts are activated the same way and on the same timeline, so you can judge the product with your own real work first.
