Checking availability and confirming a booking

A customer calls and asks for a car from Friday to Monday. You open the availability view, pick those dates, and see exactly which cars are free. You select the car, enter the customer details or pick them from the existing list, set the pickup and return dates, add the agreed rental amount, and save the booking. Recording a deposit at handover

The customer arrives to pick up the car. You open the booking, record the security deposit received in cash, mark the car as handed over, and generate a PDF receipt. It runs on a normal internet connection, and because it is a Progressive Web App, recent data is cached so basic tasks keep working if your connection drops for a while, then sync once you are back online.

How long does setup take, and do you train our team?
