Recording a weekly test and comparing the batch
After a weekly quiz, the teacher opens the batch, enters each student's marks and saves. The system shows the full batch ranked by score so the teacher can see who is on top and who needs help. A progress summary can then be sent to every parent on WhatsApp in a few taps, in Urdu or English.
Marking attendance and informing parents
At the start of a session the teacher marks each student Present or Absent in the batch. The monthly attendance record builds itself automatically from these daily entries. Automatic WhatsApp messages to the parents of absent students are coming soon.
Collecting a fee installment and issuing a receipt
A parent comes to pay the monthly fee. The office finds the student, records the payment, marks the installment as paid and prints or sends a PDF receipt on WhatsApp before the parent leaves. The student's fee record updates immediately and the pending list shortens by one.
Sending test results to parents
At the end of a term the center compiles each student's scores from all the tests recorded during that period. Your staff can send a parent their child's progress summary on WhatsApp so they see improvement over time, without waiting for a formal report card day. We use paper registers and WhatsApp groups right now. How do we move over?
You can move at your own pace. Add your batches and students directly in the system, and our team will help you bring in your existing lists during setup. Many centers keep their registers running alongside doublesixOS for the first few weeks, then switch over fully once the staff is comfortable. Your WhatsApp group can stay for general chat while doublesixOS handles the official updates to parents.
Can the interface and parent messages be in Urdu?
Yes. The whole platform switches between English and Urdu in one click, with full right to left support on every screen. Parent messages, fee receipts and test result summaries can all go out in Urdu, which is what most families read most easily. This is built in from the start, not added as a translation.
How does sending WhatsApp messages to parents work, and do they need to install an app?
Parents receive messages directly on their existing WhatsApp, so there is nothing to install and no account to create. From your dashboard your staff can message an individual parent, in Urdu or English, and parents just read the message the same way they read any other WhatsApp message. Automatic attendance alerts, test result alerts and fee reminders, and sending to a whole batch at once, are coming soon.
Is our data safe and private?
Yes. Each business’s data is kept separate using row level security, so you only ever see your own coaching center’s information. It is stored on a secure cloud and backed up automatically every day, and we do not sell your data to anyone.
Can I record and compare test scores across all students in a batch?
Yes. After every test you enter each student's marks and the system keeps a running record for the whole batch. You can see who improved, who dropped and where each student sits in the batch at any point. This makes it easy to decide which students need extra attention and to show parents a clear picture of progress over time.
How does managing batches and fee installments work for students on different plans?
Each student is assigned to a batch and has their own fee plan, which can be a flat monthly fee or a set of installments. When a payment comes in you record it against that student, mark the installment as paid and issue a PDF receipt. The pending list updates immediately, so you always know who is current and who is overdue without counting through a diary.
What devices and internet do we need?
Any phone, tablet or laptop with a web browser works, so there is no special hardware to buy. It runs on a normal internet connection, and because it is a Progressive Web App, recent data is cached so basic tasks keep working if your connection drops for a while, then sync once you are back online.
How long does setup take, and do you train our team?
We set the system up with you and configure it around how your coaching center works, so you are not starting from a blank screen. We then train your team over call, screen share or WhatsApp until they are comfortable. The interface is simple, so most teams pick it up quickly.
What happens to our data if we ever decide to leave?
Your data belongs to you. You can download your records and reports as PDFs at any time, and if you ever decide to stop, we will provide a copy of your data. There is no lock in.
