The agreement between your business and doublesixOS. Plain terms, written to be read, with an Urdu summary at the end.

doublesixOS is a cloud based business management platform operated by WAHAB Sports SMC Private Limited, a company registered in Pakistan with its office in Lahore, Pakistan. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean WAHAB Sports SMC Private Limited, and "you" means the business, and the people acting for that business, who use the platform.
doublesixOS provides subscription software for clinics, salons, gyms, schools, shops and other businesses. By creating an account, subscribing to a plan, or using the platform in any way, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
You must give accurate information when you create your account, and keep it up to date. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including the actions of any staff member you invite.
doublesixOS is sold on a subscription. You choose a billing cycle when you subscribe: monthly, six months, or yearly. Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees and are quoted before you commit.
Billing is manual, per cycle. We do not store your card and we do not charge you automatically. Before each cycle begins we tell you the amount due, you pay by the method we agree, and we then activate or extend your subscription for that cycle. If a cycle is not paid, your workspace is locked until payment is received; your data is not deleted when this happens.
We may change our prices. If we do, the new price applies from your next billing cycle, never in the middle of a cycle you have already paid for, and we will tell you before that cycle begins.
New businesses get a 7 day free trial. No card is required to start the trial, and we will not ask for payment during it. The trial gives you the full product so you can judge it properly.
At the end of the 7 days you choose whether to subscribe. If you do not subscribe, your workspace is locked and no payment is taken. You may ask us to export or delete your data at that point.
The platform is for running a legitimate business. You agree not to use it in any of the ways listed below, and you agree that we may suspend an account we reasonably believe is doing so.
You keep ownership of everything you and your staff enter into doublesixOS, including your customer, patient, student and member records. We hold that data on your behalf so that we can provide the service to you. How we handle it is set out in our privacy policy.
You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, and for having the right to hold it. You are the party your customers deal with; if a customer asks about their records, that request is yours to answer, and we will help you meet it.
We work hard to keep doublesixOS available and fast, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted or error free. The service is provided on an as is and as available basis. We may need to take the platform down for maintenance, and we will give notice where we reasonably can.
The platform depends on services we do not control, including internet connectivity, cloud hosting, and messaging networks. We are not liable for interruptions caused by those services, or by events outside our reasonable control.
doublesixOS is a record keeping and business management tool. It is not a substitute for professional judgement. We do not give medical, legal, accounting or tax advice, and you remain responsible for the decisions you take in your business.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the platform is limited to the subscription fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost business, or indirect or consequential loss.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under the law of Pakistan.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals; it does not refund the cycle you are already in. Please see our refund policy for the full detail.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, that does not pay for a cycle, or that we are required by law to close. Where we reasonably can, we will warn you first and give you a chance to put things right, and we will give you a reasonable opportunity to export your data.
We may update these terms as the product and the law change. When we make a material change we will tell you, and the updated terms apply from the date we publish them. If you keep using doublesixOS after that date, you accept the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any dispute connected with these terms or with the platform is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lahore, Pakistan.
