Refund policy

1. Try it free before you pay

Every new business gets a 7 day free trial of doublesixOS. No card is required to start it, and we take no payment during it. The trial is the full product, not a cut down version, so you can test it properly with your own bookings, customers and staff before any money changes hands.

We built the policy this way on purpose. The trial is the moment to decide whether doublesixOS suits your business. Nothing is charged until you tell us to start a paid cycle.

2. Payments for a started billing period

Subscriptions are billed manually, per cycle: monthly, six months, or yearly. Once a billing period has started, the payment for that period is non refundable, whether or not you use the platform for the whole of it. This applies to every cycle length.

We do not pro rate a partly used cycle. If you subscribe for six months or a year and stop using the platform after two, the remainder of that paid period is not refunded. Your workspace stays active until the period ends, and you can keep using it and export your data at any point before then.

3. When we do refund

There are two exceptions, and we honour them without argument.

• Double charges. If you were charged twice for the same billing period, we refund the duplicate in full.
• Billing errors. If we charged you the wrong amount, charged you for a cycle you did not agree to, or charged you after you had cancelled, we refund the difference or the whole amount, whichever is right.

4. How a refund is paid

Write to support@doublesixos.com with your business name and the date and amount of the payment. We will check it against our records and reply.

Approved refunds are paid within 14 days, to the original method of payment. We do not issue refunds in cash, to a third party, or to a different account than the one the payment came from. If the original method can no longer receive a refund, we will agree an alternative with you in writing.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals: you will not be asked to pay for the next cycle, and because billing is manual, nothing will be charged automatically.

Cancellation does not refund the cycle you are already in. Your workspace stays active until the paid period ends, then it locks. Your data is not deleted when a workspace locks, so you can pay and resume, or ask us to export or delete it.
