Is there a free plan?
Yes. The Starter plan is free forever and covers up to 50 customers with the core modules. Perfect for trying out doublesixOS or for very small operations.
Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your settings page. If you upgrade mid month, you are only charged the difference. If you downgrade, the new price kicks in from your next billing cycle.
How does billing work?
Monthly billing in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We accept JazzCash, Easypaisa, and bank transfer. Invoices are issued automatically and you can download them any time from your account.
Do you offer annual discounts?
Yes. Pay for 10 months, get 12. That is 2 months free on both Pro and Enterprise plans when you pay annually. Contact us for details.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored on enterprise grade infrastructure with daily backups. Every business is fully isolated from others via strict row level security policies. We never sell or share your data.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. No long term contracts, no cancellation fees. Cancel from your settings page and you will not be charged again. Your data stays accessible for 30 days after cancellation so you can export everything.
What if I have more than 5 users but not enterprise scale?
Reach out via the contact page. We can offer a custom mid tier plan for businesses between Pro and Enterprise, for example salons with 8 to 15 staff or clinics with multiple doctors.
Do you support multiple verticals?
